Founded by Brooke Johnston, a licensed massage therapist, certified sound healer, and wellness expert with over 15 years of experience, Spellbound Healing is rooted in both deep industry knowledge and intuitive, trauma-informed care.

After a decade leading multi-million-dollar spa and wellness teams and serving as Director of Wellness for a private club, Brooke felt called to create something more personal — a space where healing massage and energy work could feel intentional again. Stepping away from the corporate wellness world allowed her to return to the heart of the practice: offering thoughtfully designed wellness experiences that honor both the nervous system and the individual, with presence and care at the forefront.

Spellbound Healing was also shaped by a desire for a more balanced, human rhythm — one that allows space for connection, creativity, and family. As both a holistic health practitioner and a mother, Brooke approaches her work with a deep respect for time, energy, and the moments we choose to be fully present. This value of presence is woven into every experience, informing the pace, tone, and care with which each healing session is held.
