ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response) is a gentle, calming sensation that often appears as tingles along the scalp, spine, or body in response to soft sounds or delicate, intentional touch. In Spellbound Healing rituals, ASMR-style touch is expressed through feather-light movements, soothing hand techniques, and sensory elements designed to quiet the mind and ease the nervous system.
ASMR can be especially beneficial for those with trauma, PTSD, or chronic stress, as the slow, predictable, non-invasive touch helps the body feel safe enough to release tension. It supports emotional regulation, grounding, and a gentle return to presence — all without overwhelming the senses.
Every soft-touch ritual is crafted to feel serene, comforting, and luxuriously restorative.

Sound healing uses therapeutic frequencies, tones, and vibrations to support relaxation, reduce stress, and reset the body’s energetic and emotional patterns. Instruments like crystal bowls, chimes, and tuning forks create resonant waves that help the mind soften and the nervous system unwind.
You don’t need to meditate, “believe” in anything, or be spiritually inclined to benefit — the body naturally responds to sound, the way it responds to music or rhythm.
Guests often describe the experience as grounding, peaceful, and deeply transformative… or at the very least, the most elegant nap they’ve ever had.

A sound bath is a fully immersive listening experience where you relax, lie down, or sit comfortably while waves of sound wash over you. Instead of water, you’re “bathed” in layers of frequency created by therapeutic instruments.
During a Spellbound Healing sound bath, you can expect:
• A calm, quiet environment to rest in
• Gentle guidance at the beginning and end of the experience
• Deep, sustained sound vibrations that help the mind settle
• A sense of spaciousness, clarity, and ease afterwardSome people feel deeply relaxed, some feel emotional release, some drift in and out of dreamlike states. All responses are welcome. The experience is designed to meet you where you are and leave you feeling restored, and spellbound.

Yes. Many guests drift into sleep or float in and out of dreamlike states. Rest is part of the medicine. There is no “right” way to experience a sound bath or touch ritual session.
-
Touch is not used during group sound baths but is offered in our touch rituals and private sessions. Private sessions may include optional grounding touch or tuning-fork work, always discussed beforehand.

For Sound Baths:

Wear something that allows ease of movement and access to the shoulders, upper back, and arms (tank tops, loose-fitting tops, or bralettes work well). You can remain clothed if you choose, but you’ll be asked to undress to your comfort level and remain comfortably draped throughout the ritual. -
Yes — sound healing and ASMR soft-touch sessions are generally safe and deeply relaxing during pregnancy. For sound baths, we simply avoid placing instruments directly on the body and maintain comfortable volume levels.
If you are in your first trimester, high-risk, or have specific concerns, please consult your provider. You are welcome to share any sensitivities, and we will adjust the experience with great care.

Working with me is a calm, intentional experience rooted in presence, attunement, and care. Whether through sound healing, sensory touch, or guided ritual, I create a space where your nervous system can soften and your body can settle without force or expectation.
I approach healing as a collaborative process. I listen closely—to you, to the environment, and to what’s needed in the moment—allowing each session to unfold with thoughtfulness rather than routine. My work blends structure with intuition, so you’ll feel both supported and deeply at ease.
Clients and collaborators often describe the experience as grounding, immersive, and quietly transformative - relaxing yet effective. There’s no pressure to perform, release, or “fix” anything. You’re simply invited to arrive as you are, and to be held in a space designed for rest, regulation, and restoration.
